Thank You so much! Though I naturally breathe with My diaphragm - rarely if ever doing chest breathing - I had never thought of breathing rapidly like that. Will be trying it as soon as I am fully awake! LOL!

Thank you! That means a lot!

During Co Vi D 1984, it came out the deep Yogic breathing sanitized the lungs via the nitric oxide receptors in the nostrils. In nose, out mouth deep diaphragmatic. An Oxy Meter will let you monitor oxygenation of your blood with said breathing.

There are at least 13 Hanta Virus vaccines proposed for approvals, including MODeRNA and a few other biosynthetic modified RNA mRNA gene modification injections.

Hanta is a respiratory lung attack virus. Just as GoreBull Warmies propose spraying the atmosphere with fungal spores. Just as FIFA whurl cup GoreBull travels. And the WHO Plandemic table top plan, Polaris II. Both Ivermectin and HCQ work to prevent and cure Hanta. Just as Florida was about to approve over the counter Ivermectin a bunch of Pharma shill RINOs voted it down.

I am not an ivermectin or HCQ advocate myself. But to each their own. Really makes me wonder how much this new respiratory outbreak stuff has to do with the increase of glyphosates being allowed along with the test rollout of 6G as of late (I am thinking a LOT). When my parents had respiratory issues really bad in 2021 I got them a pulse oximeter and made them sleep sitting up and had them deep breathe and walk. It helped a bunch. The did need supplemental oxygen as well...but the deep breathing really did help. For "national security"...hmmmmm???? https://www.whitehouse.gov/fact-sheets/2026/02/fact-sheet-president-donald-j-trump-ensures-an-adequate-supply-of-elemental-phosphorus-and-glyphosate-based-herbicides-for-national-security/

Notice how the Forest Service is spraying glyphosates before replanting forest fires also. Probably one of the worst sources is weed plantations run with illegals as alave labor by cartels.

An natural alternative to Iver or HCQ for the Hanta is marine Red Algae extract by the way.

I am curious if anyone has hearing loss. I do. It's not good. I'll try anything to heal.

Me Stuff's avatar

I’m so sorry, Trace. Hearing loss is so frustrating because once it starts affecting daily life, you really do want to try anything that might help.

I don’t think Breath of Fire is something I would frame as healing hearing loss directly, especially if there is actual structural damage involved. Hearing issues can come from a lot of different things too including inflammation, loud noise exposure, nervous system dysregulation, circulation issues, inner ear damage, aging, toxin exposures, medication side effects, metabolic stress, and other physiological changes in the body.

But I do think breathwork may help indirectly for some people if inflammation, stress physiology, circulation, nervous system overload, muscle tension around the jaw/neck, or tinnitus perception are part of the picture.

The vagus nerve is also really interesting in relation to the ears because one of its branches, called the auricular branch of the vagus nerve, actually connects to part of the outer ear. The vagus nerve also influences autonomic regulation, blood flow, inflammation, and sensory processing, which is part of why researchers have explored vagus nerve stimulation for things like tinnitus and auditory issues.

Breathwork can influence the vagus nerve through diaphragm movement, breathing rhythm, and autonomic signaling, which is why some people report changes in ear pressure, ringing intensity, relaxation, or overall nervous system state after certain breathing practices.

I would just go gently because Breath of Fire can be very stimulating and can make some people dizzy or overstimulated, especially if they already deal with ear pressure, balance issues, tinnitus, or nervous system sensitivity.

So I’d personally look at it more as a possible nervous system support tool rather than a guaranteed hearing-loss cure. Slow breathwork may even be a better starting point, then Breath of Fire could be experimented with carefully if your body responds well.

Breath of fire isn't really for those with a dysregulated nervous system as the receptors in the brain has normalised a lower level of carbon dioxide in their bodies and a sudden increase of carbon dioxide is seen as unsafe and will probably make them a lot worse. For those people a gentle slow increase of carbon dioxide is much better with the likes of Buteyko breathing, here is a free mini course to learn some of the basics. You can also find him on YouTube David Jacko Jackson but be careful not to try any of the advanced exercises as they will make you worse.

Hi Anne. Thank you for that. I actually agree that slower breathwork can be really helpful for certain dysregulated nervous systems, especially for people prone to panic or hyperventilation sensitivity. I touched on some of that in the piece when I mentioned dizziness and overstimulation. Breath of Fire just works differently than calming breath techniques because it is more activating and stimulating to the system rather than sedating. Some people respond really well to that kind of rhythmic diaphragmatic activation while others do better easing in with slower methods first. Nervous systems are definitely not one-size-fits-all just like other kinds of exercises and technqiues. I did it last night and feel like a million bucks this morning. To each their own.

Here's a slow breathwork sesh for the vagus nerve...but unfortunately he has his shirt ON in this video. LOL. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtltKD73vfI

Here's one without the shirt on. Because why not? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=reSQF19Sr0A
