I can attest that it is quite real. At a small gathering of spiritual women, the group leader set up a scrying water bowl exercise. I knew nothing about it and I did not know anyone there. I was also somewhat guarded and sceptical, not thinking that I would perceive anything. I gazed into the bowl of water for a minute or two, then surprisingly saw the image of a baby in a white bassinette. The feeling was joyful. Then the bassinette slowly turned into a small white casket. Then everything faded away. I reported the vision. One of the women had recently given birth and then lost her baby. Leaving personal details aside, it had the effect of comforting her and giving her hope.

Very interesting subject Betty! Thanks!!

In another way of looking at it in a less judgemental or fearful way, when we become still as in a pond of water, we can hear the more subtle messages that would be missed in more turbulent states.

"Be still and know."

I do not do occult activities. God warns us not to.

I totally respect that. This post was not meant to be offensive to anyone or their beliefs. I just saw someone post about it and thought it was interesting and wanted to research what it was. I know it can be a touchy subject on both sides of the fence and I am totally neutral on the subject.
